Our Story

Founded in 1927 by T.J. and Lurline Blackburn, the company began with one specialty—pure, golden syrup. Today, Blackburn's operates a 100,000-square-foot manufacturing facility just two miles from historic downtown Jefferson, producing its well-known products for customers across the nation.

The Blackburn's Outlet Store has proudly occupied its location at 108 E. Lafayette Street since 1993 and offers the largest selection of Blackburn's products anywhere. Customers can shop in person or have their favorites shipped nationwide.

In 2025, it was rebranded as Lurline's on Lafayette | Blackburn's Outlet Store in honor of TJ Blackburn's wife, Lurline.
